They did a great job pumping my septic tank and are honest as to what they say is best for you. Called in, and they recommended, if I could, to wait a few days due to the rain because the sun might do the trick. Ended up still getting it pumped but appreciated that they weren’t just out for the $.
My septic tank backed up last night. I came across this company. I was impressed by getting someone on the phone so late (8:00 pm). The techs arrived exactly on time. They were very, very informative! Exceptional service all around. Even had some great laughs with them. I will be using again. And most definitely highly recommend.
Tim (the father) and Chase (the son) arrived exactly on time with a very clean tanker truck. They have been in the business for over 20 years and were very professional. Our house was built several years ago, and this was the first time we have had our septic tank cleaned. Since I am not very familiar with the septic tank’s operation, I had several questions and they answered them in easy-to-understand language. They located the tank very quickly and completed the job very efficiently. They put in new bacteria to “restart” the tank’s bacterial action on our waste. I really appreciated that the price they charged was what they quoted over the phone and they didn’t try to sell us other services. Job well done!

Great service! Our septic tank had not been pumped in about 30 years and backed up on a Sunday when we were having a bunch of people over for dinner. Tim came and pumped the tank and only charged us the usual rate – no Sunday premium.
